#76062 RE: DSherman #76061

Ditto. I am doing great, so is IFUS.
From the Jan 17, 2024 IFUS CEO, Marc Walther's, BCFireside Chat and Newsletter to shareholders:

• Price to ship SGP+(tm) was $0.182/lb., now is $0.014lb a 92% reduction

• One truckload (flatbed trailer) can now hold 40,000 lbs. of feed vs. 11,000 lbs. in dump trailer

• 40,000 lbs. of feed generates $4800 (minimum) to $8000 in sales, depending on the season and demand.

• Arkansas feedlot with 12,000H requires 10 truckloads of feed every week (40,000 lbs. per truck)

• Arkansas generates $2M/yr. revenues or an estimated $0.20 price per Shareincrease at a 50X P/E ratio

• Ration is 80% SGP+ and 20% protein (Corn), costs were $3.45 per day per head

• Costs now are $0.45 per day per head

• India JV container on the way

• Jefferson, TX ranch test ranch has 300 Head of cattle + goats using SPG+(tm)

Using SGP+(tm) as Fertilizer mixture yields apples 2x larger, roses 3x in size

• Nutra-Mastic(tm) based Intact Digest, Intact Control should be ready in Mid Feb.

• Caves normally take 6 weeks to be ready for sale, SGP+ reduces this to 3 weeks and adds 300 lbs to the Calf weight

• No Fly investigation. Scientific study is in the works. 1.5 Billion dollar cost reduction

• 72 minerals and trace minerals are part of the SGP+ (tm) feed

• So Salt licks are no longer needed or used by cattle on SGP+ - they get their salt from the SGP+ feed

Possible marketing of SGP+ Fertilizer in summer

IFUS does not need financing. They will grow organically
