I'm watching for a new entry point, but not sure right now what to expect. The talk of an RS has me reluctant to chance it.

2023 annual meeting was held on 24April and 2022's was on 9June, and financials will come out during conference call on 21Feb. I don't think it's unreasonable to stand put until at least when they drop the PRE14A or DEF14A so we can see what proposals they come up with.
