You're close. Tako stated that on November 29, 2022 he had a power outage in his area of southern California that lasted for about 2 hours. He questioned if the outage might have affected the trading that day as he felt that day's trading was "weird".

His post simply confirmed what i had always felt which was that his thought process is extremely odd.

Seriously folks, Tako posted on BP that trading halted because of a power outage in his neighborhood in California...you are following idiots!!!
