Wow!! Can I ever relate to that!! The first 4 deals of my career, I was "All In" on each one! The only difference on the last 3 was I didn't mortgage my home! AND all 4 deals were high risk and everyone told me I'd never "pull em off", which I was very glad to hear because that convinced me that I had almost ZERO competition!!
My comment to those dudes was and is," If you ain't livin on the edge, you're takin up too much space!!!" With regard to Northwest, I've never been more confident about any investment I've ever made, from any standpoint!!!
