Hard to argue that and I think the 'market' sees it that way also. The approval rating of the CEO and his/her accomplishments, is the stock price. That shows how much confidence investors have in their ability to lead. How much confidence does the market have in this CEO, since it is trading at .0002/.0003. I think THAT is a 'failing' grade ----- ya think?
