For those that wish to distort the truth, I never said that I would not be involved in a reverse split. I said that I would not be involved in an r/s that wipes out the shareholders. If a 1:4 r/s wipes you out, then you had no stock. Anybody else would have done a 1:10,000.

Yet the shareholders ended up being wiped out by the dilution he said would not happen .
The dilution that had already happened with the preferred shares he had already issued when he made that statement. The preferred shares that were conveniently never disclosed for 4 months when they showed up on the financial statement.

I'm not arguing at all as I prefer to wait and let the legal process do it's thing. But you posted this:

Give me the exact quote that you say shows he admitted that he purposefully withheld info from shareholders.

And I posted a link to the statement I thought you might be looking for. If it wasn't I'm sorry I wasted my time.
