I'm fully aware that the prospectuses are dead and gone but, I see no way that the K's just like the bonds will NOT be paid, it would set the investment market on it's heals if priorities were not followed and why I have said that BONDS will be paid period or the bond market going forward would collapse over night..........And ifin ya look at it the priority has already been negated since both P's K's UQ's have already been paid in KIND WITH STOCK.

So my WAG is that the bonds and P's & K's will as well in time be paid

He has been saying that since he owns ONLY Commons and doesn't own any Preferreds in his mix. I own all....And Of Course, ONLY HE will be Paid for his WaMu Bond holdings and no other WaMu Bond-holders will get Paid!
