GDVM was a unique situation. New ceo converted his large block of common stock into restricted preferred. The stock price went ape shit because the mm's had no stock to play with. lol It was an .003 stock that flew to like .13.

Never got a single share issued since, but the ceo just acts like he is running a private company and provides shareholders with no status at all. Now it's a grossly undervalued .01 stock that nobody cares about
