$SHMN; DrugmanRx: Dewey has a long history with the FDA....I personally know folks who were his former colleagues at Quidel.
The issue here is URGENCY to mkt the various Rx products. Since SoHM already has all the VERIFIABLE IMPORTANT Building blocks in place...
i.e.,
1. A business relationship with Stallionlabs (ISO 9001 & World Health Org accreditation)
2. A business relationship with at least ONE MAJOR distributor in N. America (NJ)

3. And...TWO cGMP FDA COMPLIANT FACILITIES in SD-County.
MOREOVER, ABBIE will. Certainly attract financial & business partnership interest.

I have a STRONG feeling that we're in for a major surprise soon, with PRs & projections for '24 with POs & verifiable revenue.
