Yes, they are both scams, so they are the same.

FINRA has not processed a name change for GRLT, a corporate action only FINRA could do.

If they did, I or somebody else could post the FINRA notification. And Ihub poster Renee would have posted it at the time FINRA posted the notice, if it existed.
