It is kind of silly we're basing this entire debate on this email exchange. For all we know, DI could think validation (receipt) meant acceptance. We're 27 days passed submission now. The report showed that 97% (I think) of MAA validations occur within 14 days. I think it's safe to say it's been "accepted".

Either way. 150 days total - 27 elapsed = +/- 123 remaining to approval!

DI replied to me and then Flipper; being the timeframe of the replies he could certainly have a different opinion now that we sit in 2024, also DI could have been shot down by LP or others on doing a PR on acceptance, just my humble perspective.

Would it not make sense that we would announce submitting the application which would be considered a milestone.

The company announced that they submitted it.

It’s accepted. They received a receipt that it was. A validation simply means that all the modules are also correctly filled.
