The company said they would pr acceptance so, per your number 1, the company would have lied to stockholders if that were true.

I think it's very sad that even those who have been following this stock for many years are confused by nwbos lack of clarity. People are arguing if it's been accepted or just submitted. When asked, nwbos response is see our past PR's. If they were clear, people wouldn't be asking!!! This would be a perfect buying opportunity, but unless they are a little more clear on what's going on, I think I have invested enough. I also think the current share price reflects investors confusion. Just my opinion.
