I guess we don't know if the LOI was submitted months ago.

Anavex can't, but they could have issued the PR at the end of that 7 months period instead of at the beginning. That would then be the reason back in Q1 of 2023 that Anavex were talking about aggressively pursuing approval paths.

Seems odd to me that they would even need 7 months to accomplish something that the EU recommended Missling to do, i.e. MAA filing based on their own recommendation and then force some sort of "waiting period" after filing a letter of intent...................but you know more than I ever will about these oddities...

My impression is that these conversations have happened months ago....and to top it off.....they have access to the FULL DATA.......

If there is any person to blame, it has to point to Missling....hopefully Dr. Jin knows how to assess the odds better than many pundits who claim they definitely know how the "system" works....

I have yet to see an explanation as to how Anavex can shorten the 7 month period between the letter of intent and the actual MAA filing.

Steady, this is accomplished by quantum bending of space and time. For example plot two separated dots of dates 7 months apart on a plane, like a flat paper; then just fold the paper until the two dots nearly touch; that's likely how you shorten 7 months. Using a worm hole. Or something like that?

Maybe it can be done in another parallel dimension where numbers have no meaning; like some posts are able to accomplish?
