Another spin-off is nothing to get excited about. It is just more crooked maneuvering. A shell game that moves IP that longs have already funded to new PRIVATE "companies" controlled by the same small group of insiders. This also provides additional opportunities to sucker new meat into investing into companies that have not yet trashed their reputations like TSOI has. What a pathetic joke.
