Well….just open up a variety of charts for OTC tickers that have moved currently and you’ll see they moved in the past as well. Sometimes several times. In the case of CRGP, looks like it took 5 years to move during its 2020/2021 burst. Prior to that it moved half a dozen times in a few years. The main difference this time is that the moving averages have flattened out and we are getting above them. Doesn’t mean much overall with an inactive ticker, but algos will flip when the time is right. These are all readily observable patterns in the market.
