China is a country with great many people but poor natural resources, insufficient farmland and polluted water, so it needs to import many raw materials and foods. It is expanding rapidly in Africa—colonization is a better word, for natural resources. This is a country with no racial diversity so population has no experience dealing with other cultures. Cultural and racial differences are treated with fears, contempts, and generally avoided. The way Africa is colonized and to less extend, South America, will taint world’s opinion of China’s global leadership. The world don’t think too highly of America’s leadership, but USA is benevolent compare to China’s method.
