2020 was a bad year for me. I broke my neck and had to have it plated and then 7 weeks later I had a bad heart attack. I was told by my surgeon that after 7 weeks most patients with the same surgery were still on serious pain medication, a walker, and questioning the operation. I was cleared to throw my collar away and resume normal life including riding my motorcycle. Later that day I had the heart attack. I finished preparing dinner, set up the meal, arranged care for the wife, and caught a LYFT to the ER. Ninety minutes after the heart attack, I walked into the ER with 100% blockage of a major artery and 70% blockage of two smaller veins. I was told I should have dropped the steaks and fallen down and called 911 from the floor. Four days later I walked out with three stents and earlier this year a complete cardiac work up at UC Health failed to find any damage or scarring from the heart attack. It is possible an autopsy would show something, but I can wait to find out….

That's U Colorado Health. I put the rapid healing and lack of damage from the heart attack to V. YMMV. North40K and I may be outliers. But we both have been on V or V and EPA 500 for at least a decade...But we're alright w/ being outliers....
