Insider's like Dr. Missling and the employees at Anavex can NOT buy shares of AVXL at least until the peer reviewed paper is published online or in print as the peer reviewed paper is insider information. There may be even more insider information that may also prohibit them from buy AVXL stock. For example knowledge of partnership discussions with big pharmaceuticals, etc.
