If walrat did not side with the hedge funds and give a speech that we needed them and just refer them to the SEC for violation this would have been over and RICO charges would have been applied…however..look on the other side….we got shares in the reorg company…

Yep and I am thinking that is all...Susman allowed us to get some shares but not share in billions.
