Anavex Life Sciences will NOT release Alzheimer's results until the peer reviewed paper is published online or in print.

Take no concern. When the peer-reviewed article in a medical journal on an Anavex topic is published, it will be read by any and all --- at least the abstract. Most likely, the entire article will get pasted into this message board, if someone has a subscription to the medical journal, or can download from an academic subscriber a PDF of the article.

Understand, Anavex Life Sciences Corp is not publishing the article. It's being published by the medical society that owns the journal. Anavex has no say whatsoever over who gets to read it, or what appears in it. What appears is up to the authors and the journal editors, solely --- after the initial review and approval of the peer review experts.

But, yes, virtually all science journals have embargos, which prevent anyone's release of any of the data or text in an article before it is formally published. Anavex surely has the information that will be in the article, but if they release any of it prematurely the article gets nixed; won't be published. Just gotta wait. That's the way science journals operate.
