The thing is NLST won for the first time a monetary damage....the Boc held that up...If Micron goes the appeal way...They know they will lose...Ive studied and listened to Jason the last two hearings....some of his arguments are un apposed and some are explained as its never happened before....so paying 20/30 cents on the dollar and managing risk is a good move for Micron...
