It ignores the market wide manipulation that is taking place.

Clint Tomlinson, our IR officer, has an extensive record of securities violations (six violations in eight years), and misdemeanor theft. His firm got booted from FINRA in 2013 and closed after additional repeated violations (his and others). This is not nice to see.
