My contact, I believe doesn’t know exactly the issue is. Whatever happened it went thru at closed doors with OTIKO. But O seems to speak loud and my contact could tell it was about ViaDerma the issue. Since my contact was in vacation, unfortunately, not capable to know the recent updates. This is all I know
