Regulatory feedback, such as (possible) acknowledgement of a high quality marketing application meriting MHRA’s 150 day accelerated review process, would seem a “vital” matter, as you put it. Of course, 150 days by their standards equals calendar days, excluding up to 60 days off, IF NECESSARY, at 80 days into the process. If not necessary, then 80 days from December 20th instead of 150 is theoretically possible.

NWBO certainly took time and two publishers to try and submit a high quality maa.
