Lol, Fliper makes a lot more sense on the validation part. You are still clueless about the validation/acceptance meaning. You still believe that the submission was validated the day it was received by MHRA!!!

Cant make this up!

Were you one of these people claiming that NWBO had submitted back in May-June 2023, and that they just didnt PR'ed it? Approval imminent, before 2024?

Bright Boy, why do you hate what Dave Innes writes in emails and Linda Powers says at ASMs. Why are you here not expecting timely ASMs? You are a bombastic twit.

My guess is you work for a MM.

(It is true I shortcutted by mistakingly relying upon AI, which created an inaccurate list, which I admitted, but the next day I did share a list of eight companies that announced validation by MHRA in the last one to three years.)

Bright Boy,

I think flipper44 is a worn out long tired of legalese communication carrot dangling that entices readers to believe the kinds of things he suggests even though clearly not absolutely written in hence plausibly deniable which others have been reminding of. He’s been here a long time and I can’t really blame him because he’s not the only one being affected by the wait and he represents a group of investors that want clear direction now without the need for so much guessing. The fact that the wait for an MAA approval decision creates a likely multi month gap in price sustaining news, which those “correcting” flipper44 are tacitly advocating as likely, and the court case being delayed by probably 6 months or more before discovery can begin, creates additional pressure on the stock price while the company continues to sell shares into that price decline.
Setting up some clearly defined communication with investors now that submission of MAA is in should be a top priority and I expect it will be at the next ASM. We are on the clock with MHRA so to speak and I don’t expect the baseline uptrend near $.60-$.61 to be waterboarded too much before a turn around in price direction again although this wait really is their last and best chance to hurt any long time longs who might be running out of time with need to access funds before news later this year. With enough time and enough selling by NWBO the upper $.50s might be possible and longs really don’t want NWBO lack of clarity and vision at this point to allow this to be happening. One piece of news that has potential to be price supporting while we wait for MAA approval is a positive update on Edens validation. That would be a nice way to begin 2024 by building interest like the Flaskworks purchase did. Best wishes.
