In 5 years as the CEO of GRDO/FORW - Sharp hasn't generated any revenue in those 5 years.
The two assets Sharp bought in are both scams (Ligand and Maverick).
The HUMBL warrants are worthless and Sharp claimed to have loaned FORW $2M to buy the HUMBL warrants - but there was a fake lawsuit and Sharp recovered $2M he never invested.
There isn't any business activity in FORW.
We will see how the S-1 goes - investors shouldn't expect much.
The Sharp cult members can think it isn't a shell but it a empty shell.
