That’s a lot of words to say very little. The Series A shares exist, whether you like it or not.

I can think of at least two reasons why. The Series A are really most of what little SHMP equity Easterling owns. And as long as he owns it, or at least controls it, SHMP is going to report it on its balance sheet.

Don’t like it? Do something about it besides whine that some judge’s ruling is being ignored (if that’s even the case).
