Kentucky, Anavex did not file an 8-K for the EMA PR either.

Perhaps there isn't an 8-K filed here because the CGI-I endpoint is listed as a secondary endpoint in Clinicaltrials.gov. (Credit to a Stocktwits poster for this catch). The primaries were RSBQ and safety, and RSBQ is a borderline fail that can still be redeemed.
