I find it interesting that up to the four week mark, the dosed group achieves 4.6 points of separation from the placebo group, but during the next eight weeks both arms perform equally: An additional -2.61 points for the dosed arm, and another -2.65 for the placebo arm.

It appears to me that 2-73's full efficacy was reached at the four week point, and that there was a -2.6 trial-wide placebo effect in the RSBQ scale during the final eight weeks. This likely mirrors what happened in AVATAR.
