I appreciate your optimism but, I believe there’s an Alice Motion with T-M as well. We’ve had solid trial dates a number of times, before.

I believe the T-M trial date is supposed to be around the same time frame. Hey, I’ll be optimistic and hope he’ll put them much, much closer to May. lol

The so called 92-95% settlement rate (s) is very misleading. We had a few settled, aka dismissed. Just saying, they don’t all settle, with monetary damages. But, hey, I’ll play along.

The Amazon, May trial date to me, is more exciting if it holds up. But, I’m not holding my breath.

IMHO

This is a hard trial date, T-Mobile hard trial date will hit the docket any day now i give it a week or two, three at the most not possible to know exactly but its a reasonable assessment (my opinion). I don't see albright moving them (My opinion ) Vplm/Amazon is looking open to an amicable settlement I say they pass the baton to amazon "the wild card" and Emil let's go of decisions (my opinion). Insiders play the trade while still holding tons of stock whatever a settlement and the trade is going forward entails, best of both worlds (my opinion). They appear to be passing the baton i was in this for .20 when the outstanding share count was at 2billion now its 3billion+ my number is now .10 to .15 the cost of changing the guard (my opinion). Stands to reason Emil has no interest of riding through what could take 10 years+ to finally work through multiple trials appeals delays etc etc Emil is 70yrs old he's not crazy on the contrary he's very smart (my opinion) $100,000,000 $200,000,000mil in pocket at his age no brainer life is short (my opinion), but amazons life isn't. .10 to .15 is not the end of these patents continuing to push other major companies into settlements and trials going forward I just believe this crew takes its leave share holders may have option to stay with it or cash out (my opinion) and it happens before an amazon trial (my opinion). So that means a matter of months as I see it.
Before any Verizon or T-Mobile trials at any rate. 2023 wasn't vplms year 2024 is. (My opinion) lol
