Verizon trial is great big news IMO!

I'd like to add that the MG patents in the Verizon case are the same patent being enforced in the tMob case. And in the tMob case, we're currently waiting Albright's decision on Tmob's motion to dismiss (based on tMob @HomeHotSpot app, which they claim was prior art to VP's MG patent) and sanction motion, both of which are BS efforts by tMob that have absolutely nothing to do with MG patent validity and/or infringement.

I think with this Verizon trial date being set, we can reset assured of what Albright's intentions are for tMob's motions. IMO, I don't think AlBRight would be setting a trial date for Verizon case (MG patent) if he was then going to kill the MG patent in the tMob case, right? I think we should be seeing a decision soon on the tMob case, with a trial date there too!

Remember folks, I think both of those cases are around $2-3B each, without treble damages.

Yes, the Verizon trial date of August is much further out than anyone of us would've hoped for, BUT! This is a very positive step in the right direction. After all the BS motions to move out of WACO, appeals, writs of mandamus and more appeals, sanctions, exparte re-examinations, motions to dismiss etc that VP has fought through... Albright has given us a solid trial date, that is highly unlikely to be stayed for any more BS reasons, but we'll if it even comes to pass. 92-95% of WACO cases settle prior to trial.

I too am really excited!
