What he meant was with regards to how the ASM's are conducted. Reputable companies are open to institutional q & a. I guess this person feels the company isn't wiling to be very receptive to questions from institutions. I know it has been said that some attend these meetings, so I don't know if this is a valid criticism but it appears this person believes there is a PERCEPTION in the industry that Lightwave is hiding things?
