For your remote CGI-I theory to hold up, its limitations would have had to be worse for some unspecified reason when applied to placebo patients (all assuming A2-73 actually is better that placebo in Rett). In a blinded controlled trial could you elaborate on how the remote process and/or physician would know to produce less good results in placebo patients only?
