I am also stating that once a stock is forced to delist it is almost impossible to arraign any common stock financing whatsoever.. Common stock becomes worthless and the only financing if avalivale is usually debt In other words debt holders now control the company that is if there is anything to control.
No one is domed now since that already happen when VLDI was delisted. I am only surprised you did not notice the stock is worthless to trade.
