Of course the EMA has not reviewed the data. They reviewed the top line results and greenlit an application. And, as Boi noted, and sourced, at that point the majority of drugs are then ultimately approved. As someone else sourced well, the EU policy makers have recently concluded that an aggressive approach must be taken with regard to Alzheimer’s treatments. This is all cause for some optimism.

I seriously appreciate you taking the time to respond in such detail. I take what you are saying as a sincere offer of good advice without pushing me one way or the other. This last update on the rhetts has bothered me because I could tell that on the last CC Missling was not himself, and it honestly makes me think he knew then we had failed. .I feel stuck because I have been here for so long and there is a group of us (friends), that get advice from Tom Bishop ( BI Research) ,and he continues to believe that this company will eventually produce an approval that could help tons of people, and dang sure help my portfolio, so I ride it out and buy more. Not only does he continue as of this week rate as a strong buy still, AVXL has been his pick of the year for last several years now. It just always seems to be so close, but then years continue to go by.
I just cant understand how last December we put out data, and said the rest was coming by the end of 23 and nothing. That is very weird and on the last CC nobody asked Missling where it is. He only took 2 quick questions. I even emailed Tom Bishop and asked him why when he had Missling on the call after the Summitt guy, did he not say where the hec is the data you promised. I would have asked him point blank. It is obvious that Missling does not give a crap about the stock holders, but why does the BOT not force him to do better. I know people are laughing at my post here, but I am just venting, and learning as I go.
