If she let the patents expire and not renew within the time period for such, intentionally or due to neglect, she is more inept at the CEO position than I thought. To lose the one real asset you have is unbelievable. No excuse as a CEO to have such a blunder. Maybe she will give the reason of not having sufficient funds for an excuse, as she has previously used for other matters. But using THAT (no money) as an excuse, how exactly is that comforting for the stockholders?

I don't know for certain that BIEL can't reinstate those patents but it would have been easy during that two-year window and now it will be difficult.

I have been directly involved ( analyzing and preparing for the team to decide) on restoration of lapsed patents in some country in the old world and based on that past experience I would say 0 % probability.
But I have always been overwhelmed privately and business wise with how the USA functions.....quite refreshing ......BIEL being the exception of course
