From what I could tell, the 3rd Party Independent Assessment only looked at CLNV to verify they met the Green Bond requirements and had all the required certifications. The dollar amount of the bond is a Grant Thornton directly so the 3rd Party Opinion has nothing to do with that. This assessment was required to allow Grant Thornton to go live with the bond. Now the bond can be put infront of investors to start getting funded. This is a big step forward...

That's ISS certification to clear the issuance of the bond. Has nothing to do with amount awarded. Now the bond is ready to fund. Next step is funding.
