I couldn't find a round of brie so settled on a large wedge. Then I had difficulty cutting the rind off the cheese. (Next time I'll freeze it first.) Next was taking the wedge and trying to make it round which came out half assed. By now I was completely frustrated as I laid the brie on the pastry and tried folding it all together without overlapping the pastry. Next time I'll use toothpicks to keep the folds in place and drink less eggnog.
