Seems to be almost all buys at the moment. Both the bid and ask are about as thin as I've ever seen ..... since OTC ... can no longer see the order books either.
Nothing short of $20 should be acceptable .... and frankly ..... much higher than that ... assuming chicken tests are good, validated .... and lead to a license. One would "hope" that Payne has already established a licensing framework with a potential partner and doesn't have to start from scratch ... cause that could be multiple months to work that out. But ya know how this goes with ZIVO .... expect little.
