Exactly 💯 So-called blockbuster drugs touted as such are "marginally" beneficial with poor safety profiles. It is a twilight zone situation.

Media attention can only be held off for so long. As long as manipulators can keep any doubt about effectiveness and approval alive by keeping the price down while media attention is absent, new money will not come in and that is what gives them the upper hand still. Many longs are older and not buying much more at this point and no big money individuals have been coming in except perhaps near baseline prices.
Awareness of the fact that regulators intervened in such a way as to cause legal liability by them by reducing powering of an ongoing trial if a pathway to approval was not provided is the bottom line. The reason for the intervention was made obvious by the JAMA article validation even if all the data points regarding the reason for the hold have not been fully elucidated upon. The bears have no good argument against this because there is none. There will still be a wait for approval news after any acceptance PR so longs need to be prepared if no subsequent development news is announced. We are getting there but until the media blackout is breached we are left to wait. Hope for the best, be prepared for the wait. Best wishes.
