I have just sent two messages to Jim.. hopefully he will understand my point.. text of the messages "Hi Jim. I see that we will see you on 2024.01.11 at 10:15am at EG Conference. Good! But please.. let's keep it professional and just for this 30min presentation I propose to rent an office space instead of using your kitchen ok ?
