IF they do a share buy back, I believe they would have to buy the shares on the open market. They may even already be buying shares. I dont think a buy bacl is something they are requored to announce before it happens.

It would be smart of them to buy bacl shares before announcong it so they could get more off the market at a lower price.

There are many benefits to a buy-back but, the short answer is; . . .
"Decreasing the number of shares in the OS, increases
the Value of the remaining shares" !!!

And yes; You can chose not to sell into the Buy-back !!!
