Hi 'DA Bailey' - Sorry for the delay getting back to you.

There are many benefits to a buy-back but, the short answer is; . . .
"Decreasing the number of shares in the OS, increases
the Value of the remaining shares" !!!

And yes; You can chose not to sell into the Buy-back !!!
