Considering the news from GTLL has been pretty much non existent for quite some time, this gives me a glimmer of hope.
Trading is heavy today for the stock.

I like this part, “The Proposed Transaction has been approved by the Board of Directors of the Company and the Managing Members of GOe3 and is expected to close in the first quarter of CY 2024.”
