And Kgromax mentions a ‘sweet deal’? Why would ANY deal be sweet for a worthless stock for a company run by a 2-time felon found guilty (twice) of cheating shareholders (Swordman reference )? A stock of a company that should DEFINITELY be bankrupt by now. You bashers confuse me. You trash the stock as worthless yet you talk about ‘sweet deals’ that are currently in the red now.

LOL you just gave the very definition of a stock pump & dump scam, and state that you are "confused".
Apparently you don't know what a pump & dump is. If you knew, you would not make such idiot statement LOLOL

Yes, a company can be worthless yet still manage to put in place "sweet deals" with insiders and a close circle of internet pumpers, that rewards them financially. They pump the stock to gullible mom & pop investors, that buy the stock. Once the stock is up, the crooks dump their shares on the market, making money in the process.

You are truly a champ if you don't know this!

Anyone whose son had been saved by a drug would be praising its benefits.
All offerings were made public via 8k filing.
All otc companies create a sweet deal to attract money. If they did not, investors would simply buy stock on open market.
CYDY offered units which was a share of stock and a warrant. Very common practice on Wall Street. When the stock is not restricted the owner can sell the stock and hold free warrants. This attracts many investors as a sweet deal. Companies need sweet deals to attract money. It is ludicrous to accuse investors as crooks for buying the units.
