Nice chart!

I would suggest that with this strong uptrend that you use some fan line breaks from the 2 higher touch points and draw those in; there are 3 well defined points to consider which look to be more important than the earliest one which you have here....that's why I am using $9 since it would break those touch points...that would be the 1st fan break.
