well you have your own opinion, mine differs.

I highly doubt that they were brought on to advise Night as to what PR's to release..other than Auguilar weighing in on ABBIE after the acquisition of course.

imo they have their own area's of expertise which has been talked about here often.

This falls under the purview of MARKETING & Business Communications.
Only recently we're seeing Aguilar stepping into that role.

S/Hs & stakeholders want experts to INNOVATE & Sales to find channels to sell said innovation to.
