Just take a hike or a bike and let Staelin take over during one year.He doesn't even have to be at the office, he could be travelling , preferably visiting some key decision makers who would be candidate to partner and/ or take over the company, charging BIEL for the expenses made.

Art24, I’m just going to throw this out. Shareholders have voiced disappointment over the Synergy arrangement that Biel had discussed with us. I admit, I was not happy about getting nothing out of it yet.

I tend to feel that Biel was ready for this to go thru, but Synergy had other issues to resolve first before they could get the first order shipment of product. And we’re still waiting on them to initiate this plan. It seems to me that some have tried to call Synergy to see about the arrangement with Biel and had no success. So the finger has been pointed at Biel when Synergy has not come thru like they said they would.

On the other hand, I could be wrong on all of this.
