“He is great at raising money.”
For the umpteenth time I have to push back on this. It does not take any financial acumen to do an ATM deal with a vulture investor which, I will say again, is expensive for shareholders and is not in the interest of shareholders. Misleading uses an ATM because he doesn’t have credibility with professional biotech investors and doesn’t want to be held accountable, which in turn gives him a degree of job security that he does not deserve and has not earned.
We need a management team with a proven track record of success that has credibility with serious investors.
