RVNC options price is more expensive for Jan 10 calls than ENTA even though ENTA stock price almost touched 10 today.

You are seeing more than I am. Almost no open interest in January options, and IV not that high. And huge spread between bid and ask, If you want to see high Iv and lots of activity, look at the weekly options for TGTX.
